Burnt out Light? 850

Everytime I tap the brakes the warning light comes on. I replaced all bulbs at the same time and still get the light. I suspect the relay, but couldn't be sure. I live two hours from the nearest Volvo dealer and the shops in town don't carry anything.

Do you think its a relay or gremlins in the electrical system?
