Rear windshield wiper fluid 850 1996

My rear windshield wiper isn't squirting out any fluid when activated. The pump seems to be OK, and holes on the squirter itself aren't plugged. Is there a check valve like in the front w/w system that tends to go kaputt ? Is it hard to trace the line to check for leaks ? Any other ideas ?
