93 850 clutch noise when start off in first. 850

when cold, letting the clutch out while starting off
I get kind of a groan noise util fully deployed.

the car has 94 k on it, I assume the original clutch,

so far no slippage even under very hard driving.

Is this a indication of a bad clutch??
