Would you buy a 94 850 Turbo wagon with 91K miles? 850 1994

I am getting ready to turn in my 2000 Grand Voyager, and have been looking for a Volvo wagon. This one is loaded, moonroof, heated leather seats, third row seating, turbo, and has had regular service. They are asking $7800. Kelly Blue Book has them priced between 7100-7700, and Edmonds has it listed for 6500, so we would probably offer around 7000, what do you think? It is more miles than we were hoping for, but in our little town they don't come around very often. This is the third owner. I don't know why the first owner sold it, but the second owner sold it to get a van, and the current owner wants to get a XC. She gave me the name of the person who has serviced the car since the current owners have had it, and she told me that I could call him to find out the service record. The current owner said that the light(?) comes on every 2000-3000 miles and they take it ine for an oil change. The last time they had it in the timing belt was changed, and they have had the air conditioner fixed. The current owner said that they have do "preventative" care on the car. Any opinions on this? I would like to buy it, but I don't want to get myself into a lemon.
