Brakes not working. . . . 850 1994

Jusy installed SS lines, rotors, pads, and bled the fluid. I turn the car over an dhave the spongy pedal that goes all the way to the floor. What the $%^&* did I do wrong. There are no line leaks and no valves open. It got dark so I couldn't bleed a second time but is that my only possible variable???? Thanks for responses in advance. -Stu.
