Transmission Problem??? 850 1994

So here's the deal,

Once in awhile from a standing stop the speedo will stay at 0 when I accelerate and the car will stay in first gear. Once the speedo kicks in, the car will shift. This has started to happen more frequently. The past few times it triggered the flashing arrow and engine light. I pulled a 2-3-2 code out of A1.

I'm always been able to reset the lights, but I'm not sure what's causing the problem.

Any suggestions?
