this weekend i got brave and peel off half of the leather on my seat to reveal
the seat back cable, i followed that bay 13 volospeed.com and removed the cable.
instead of buying a new one, i took a lighter to soften the housing
than pulled of the cap, i than shortend the cable housing about 1/8"
you will need to pull the cable out so not to cut it,
I than took needle noise plyer to the cap depressed the little claws
so i could slide the cap back on, crip the cap,
i than took a dremal/grinder to the cabel to square up the end,
guess what it works perfect, saved 150 buck labor and 42.00 for the cable
used zip ties to replace all the hog clips
long live the do it yourselfer and us cheap people
