Chirping noise after going over a bump 850

So, this weird noise started happening recently.

After hitting a bump or a pothole, always (?) with the front right wheel, something makes a continuous chirping noise either from behind the dash or under the hood. Comes from the passenger side. It goes away when the heater fan is turned off, so seems like something wrong with the heater fan.

Is this an early indication that it is on its way out, or does it happen only when the weather is cold? What did you do with this problem? What makes this noise?
