ticking noise 850

hello all,

i have an odd ticking noise coming from the left front area of the cabin (drivers side) near the dash speaker. it does not happen in sequence of certain time intervals, it happens every few seconds or so. it is a very light noise that bothers the hell out of me. if any one can offer some insight it would be greatly appreciated.
