2 issues with my new (to me) '95 850 -- please advise... 850 1995

I just bought a 850 turbo wagon, 1995. I can't believe how much I already like this car. I have 2 questions I need assistance on, well, now maybe 3. Q1) It didn't come with the keyless remote, and when I push the lock on the driver's door down, it doesn't effect the other doors. When I push the passenger's lock down, it only works the driver's door. Nothing works the back locks. Is this normal? Am I going to have to get a keyless remote to get all the locks on all 5 doors (and possibly the gas tank) to work at the same time? Q2) The cruise doesn't work. All the hoses are tight - does anyone have a suggestion of where to look next? And, Q3) at matts4less I found a Carbox II for $70 for the back of the wagon. Is there a better choice to put in the back? Thanks...
