Tire Change & 'Center' Lug Nut? S70 2000

Alright, here's a stupid question: I'm trying to rotate the tires on my 2000 S70 GLT. Up until now, Discount Tire has done it for free. I've recently moved and won't pay someone to do it. After loosening all five (visible) lug nuts (on a single tire), jacking the car up and then removing the five (visible) lug nuts, the tire won't come off. Is there a sixth lug nut hidden behind that black plastic Volvo icon cover at the 'center' of the wheel (between the five visible lug nuts)? If so, how do I remove the black plastic Volvo icon cover without damaging it? If there are only the five lug nuts that are to be removed, why isn't the tire coming off?

And, BTW, I could have sworn that I've swapped tires on this car before with no similar problem. Perhaps my memory is bad (and that tire swap was on a different car).

Thanks for your help.
