850 fuel consumption 850 1995

My 95 850 wagon used to go for 20miles/gallon in city driving, but since I had the ATF changed at a dealer, the fuel consumption ration got worse and it goes for 16miles/gallon. I don't think the ATF has something to do with it, but that is the only thing I recently changed. Does anybody have a clue?
