Best aftermarket chip V70-XC70 1999

I am in the process of purchasing a 1999 V70 T5 and I am interested in chipping it. I need user feedback on the best ship for this car.

Also, I would like to upgrade the exhaust, but I am VERY concerned about noise at cruising speed. Any suggestions? Any thoughts on filters that replace the air box as opposed to a K&N? Any help is appreciated.
