Buying an 850, new volvo buyer advice? 850 1996

I'm looking into a '96 850 GLT that has 140,000 miles and is going for $5900. It doesn't have tracs, which I was hoping for, but I don't know if it's necessary. I drive in snow maybe 2-3 times a year.

So what sort of things should I be on the look out for with this car? Does this year and model have anything in particular that could fail?
