Well, I will take one more shot at this. I have a 93 850 with 79000mile on it. It has had a rough idle for several months now. I have changed fuel filter, plugs, cap, rotor, cleaned throttle body, flame trap, new O2 sensor, new wires. No codes are stored in any of the memory slots. I have looked for vacuum leaks in all the typical places and have found none. The problem does not seem to improve. The car sees more city driving than Highway miles. I am almost tempted to have the intake cleaned through a local grage service to remove any buildup on the valves. average MPG is 19-23 depending on driving conditions. I do not figure that is terrible for Wisconsin winters.
The only other thing I have considered, but haven't done is to adjust the thottle stop to boost the RPM slightly. Haynes claims 94 and newer modles idle at 850 and 93 modles should be at 800.
Thanks
