Wind noise in S70 S70 1999

My parents' '99 S70 is apparently having some problems with wind noise right now. When we got it last week, I drove it and I heard a lot of howling right above the windshield and around the top of the front doors. I mean, it was a lot of wind whistle there. What should be done to remedy this problem? Change all the seals?
