'96 850: Manual Tranny (M56) Fluid 850

Looking at manual, and it says to use Volvo synthetic transmission fluid or equivalent.

Doesn't give a type or grade though.

So what type of fluid does this transmission use?

ATF?
Gear Lube?

Also, could you recommend a commonly available fluid (that I can find in auto stores, Wal-Mart, etc...) that meets the specs. and works good.
