Mysterious noise S80 1999

Lately, I have begun to notice a strange noise coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle near the tire well. As I am driving there are a series of two subtle clicks (sounds almost like a spring engaging) as the car reaches between 20 to 30 MPH. I do not hear any noise again until I slow the car down. As the car slows to approximately the same speed of the initial clicks, a third click sounds and then the car makes between one to three strange airy beeps. Has anyone experienced this occurance? This one is a mystery to me and it is yet another problem with the 99 S80 that is driving me insane.
