95 850 T5-R Sedan 850

I am looking to buy a 1995 850 T5-R Sedan. The only thing is it has 94,000 miles on it.
I would like to know if this is a good idea. The seller is asking $13,500 US. Kelley blue book is about $3,000 less. What kind of money would I expect to spend on maintaining this car? Also, what are the major items that this car should of all ready had replaced by 94,000 miles. I would appreciate any advice.
