Electric Seat, Door Lock and Rear Outlet Failure V70-XC70 1998

Shortly after we purchased our used 1998 XC the electric passenger side seat adjustment for all positions stopped functioning, the passenger side door lock only locks but does not unlock and the power outlet in the rear of the console stopped working.

Are these all related, and how can I go about fixing them?
