S70 automatic doesn't hold on hills... S70

After driving though Denver's last big snowfall (3'-4') my year 2000 S70 AWD automatic is acting different. On steep grades when in drive the car now starts to roll backwards after taking my foot off the brake to hit the gas. On medium grades it doesn't do this.

Is this something wrong or just that I never noticed it before?
