My car starts rough and hesitates on the highway 850 1994

I have a 1994 volvo 850 (non-turbo). Recently, it appeared as if I ran out of gas, but once gas was put in the car would not start. Since then, it has been worked on and the car starts, but starts rough, hesitates when getting on the highway, and looses power while on the highway. The mechanic pulled the codes;

214: RPM Sensor Signal Sporadic
324: CAM Position Sensor signal Sporadic
114: Break in Driving Mode Selector Circuit
124: Short Circuit in ground in driving mode selector circuit

I would like to know where I can buy these parts at a place other than the Volvo dealer, how much these parts cost at the volo dealer, and about how much it will cost to have the dealer fix the car for me.

Also, when the car is put into winter driving mode, the button immediatly pops up and the car is disengaged from winter driving mode. I would appreciate any advice that you have to give!
