How to change front fog light's bulb ? S70 1998

Hi,

I got the factory fog light on my 1998 Volvo S70 GLE. One of the bulbs finally
went after 3-4 years.

I brought a pair of Philips Bluevision H1 bulb over the weekend. How do I remove the old bulb and install these new bulbs ? ... Is it easier to jack up the front of the vehicle or not ? ... Do I need any special tools ? ... How hard or easy is it ?
