Windshield molding missing 850 1996

I think the windshield molding that runs horizontally and covers the seam between the top of the windshield and the roofline is missing. It started coming off a little in a corner but now it's totally missing. Does anyone know if this is easily replaced? Is there supposed to be a black rubber-like molding there?
