Idiot light and Running fan S70

S70 T5: Just today one of my idot lights came on. This is the one that looks like an upside down "y" in a green triangle in an orange square.

After I shut the car off, the fan on the radiator kept working for about 2 minutes.

The car temp was not hot. (In fact the heater did not even feel that hot in the car.)
I started the car again. This time when I rev'd the engine, the engine keept reving high and would only slowing rev down to an idial. After about 30 seconds the fan motor would shut off.

I drove the car again later in the day. The light was still on. When I turned the car off, the same thing happenned again. Fan motor kept going. Started car and revs would stay high.

Any ideas what's going on?
