buying a 850 turbo wagon 850 1997

I am in the market for a 850 turbo wagon, preferably a 1996-97 model year that will replace my daily driver 1988 740 turbo wagon with 220,000 miles. My wife's car is a 1994 850 turbo sedan that we are very happy with. Any recommendations on the year to get and is the "T" model worth it?
Thanks for any advice.
