Thermostat 189 or 194 V70-XC70 1999

Does anyone know the correct thermostat temperature for my '99 XC. The parts bin.com shows two different ones for my car. One is rated for 189 degrees and the other is 194 degrees. My thermostat seems to be stuck in the open position.
