Replacing Shift Console Lights 850

The light that illuminates the shift positions (Reverse/Drive,etc.) is blown out and I'd like to repace it. How do I get to this bulb? I'm sure the "shift" panel has to be removed, how is that done?

I also have one or two dash lights out (fan controls/gas gauge) .... is it fairly easy to access these lights for replacement too?

Any suggestions will be welcomed. E-mailed digital photos of the process would be better!
