I hope i dont need a new turbo - cheer me up 850 1995

I have a 95 850 Turbo, and upon decellerating i hear a weird noise. Kind of like a vibration noise, i really can't describe it too well. Also power isn't like it used to be. I'm hopeing it just my turbo down pipe, cause i know it needs to be done. I'm really afraid of a needing a new Turbo - I've had enough problems already.
