Oil capacity of XC 90 850

Sorry to post here, XC 90 forum is a ghost town. I will attempt to change the oil/filter in my new XC 90 (5 cyl Turbo) tonight. Can someone tell me how much oil it takes (total including filter change). Also, looking underneath, i cant see the filter. there is a plate underneath which I assume needs to be removed. can someone tell me how it is removed? Thanks in advance --Mary
