S70 Headrest removal S70

Need help removing the front headrests on '99 S70. I have found in the back of the seat 2 small indentations about 3" below each headrest shaft and 1 larger indentation in the center of the headrest about 3" down. All indentations are in the flat, hard area below the headrests. Dealer tells me to push the 1 larger indentation or button. I have had no luck and have pushed on the "button" as hard as possible and fear damaging the vinyl. Any suggestions?
