dealer RIP OFF on parts 850

I went to my local volvo dealer for a polenfilter
kit, 25.00 for the plastic peice and 32.00 for the filter

found the same parts on line 13.00 for the plastic and
15.00 for the filter.

why would anyone use the dealer for anything they get 85.00 per hour
upstate NY RIP OFF
