Leaking Power Steering Rack

Leaking Steering Rack, 1995 850 Turbo: Anybody known what to do about a leaking power steering rack? Replace the rack unit (expensive)? Rebuild the rack (where do you get parts and is it worth it)? Replace the seals (parts and worth it)? And last - any advice on removing the rack - it appears well entrenced and the Haynes manual doesn't go into any great detail.
