850 Turbo stuttering/misfiring during hard acceleration/load HELP! 850 1995

My '95 850 turbo seems to stutter or missfire when I try and give it gas. Not like it is going to die but it lacks full power potential. I've changed the plugs to no avail. I looked at the PFR vacuum line hose; I didn't see any fuel.

Does anyone have any idea or suggestions.
The car has no error codes.
When I had the car on the dyno last summer the A/F ratio seemed really rich if that gives any insight.
