A/C or Fan problam? 850 1996

I am going to describe 2 A/C problems which I think may be electronic but who knows?

For a long time, my A/C would run fine but after 10 minutes or so, it would start blowing warm air. System was fully charged so that wasnt it. I found that if I reved the engine real good by punching the gas, the A/C would start blowing cold again. I had it checked once but was told they couldnt duplicate the condition and since I had a "fix" I didnt pursue it. But it was annoying.

Now, my fan does not blow. I can have the A/C on or off but no air comes through the vents. If he A/C is on, you can feel ice cold air seeping through the vents but no real air flow.

I dont know if these two conditions are related or not. Any suggestions? I could live with the first problem, but not he second one. Its getting hot! Any chance they are related?
