Front end shakes during braking... 850 1996

I have a 96 850T wagon. When I brake during high speeds, esp around 50-65 mph, the front of the car shakes, I feel it through the steering column. Is the a symptom of a thrown alignment or balance, or perhaps warped front rotors? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
