I am looking to buy a s70r and found this one in the local paper what do u lot think???

1998 VOLVO S70 R AUTO LTD
EDITION, 1998, 49000 miles, silver met, 17 alloys, a/con, leather + Alcantara int, heated memory seats, sunroof, CD stacker, sports winter mode, arm rest, cruise control, 250 BHP, 12 months MoT, 6 months tax, FMVSH, £35k new, 1 owner, P/X welcome. £9,999 . ono.

it hasn't got a 6 cd changer in the boot, sat nav or dolby surround but everything else is there and its just had its 50,000m service. is it good???

i'm looking to p/ex my 850 t5 cd,1996, 101k, auto, dark green, 1 owner, fully loaded, t&t, 17" volans and t5r bumbers and badges (it looks like a t5r basically) fsh and it in super condition, what is it worth??? i think £5000??? any ideas??? i don't wan't to get ripped off!!!
