S40 rear brake install questions S40-V40

My S40 is my first Volvo and since I can't find a service manual I have a few questions about rear brakes (before I even get started):

- how do Volvo calipers push back into place?

- do caliper slides need grease?

- anything that Volvo does different? (I'm used to Acura/Honda)

- is the S70 similar enough to the S40 so that I could browse a service manual for a S70?
