hi, can anyone help, on s2 solenoid open circuit? mechanics tell me these solenoids are bulletproof, are they right? could it be a bad connection as the fault clears as per instructions, and does'nt return sometimes for months, i dont think windings opencircuit or short circuit and then repair them selves, can i find the connector, and check, this is my 4th volvo, and i have found them to be extremely reliable, has my lucky streak come to an end? is this an expensive problem, that does'nt go away quietly? joe
