Vent heat when cool outside 850 1995

My 850 has the automatic climate control system. With the temps being on the cool side in the 60 and 70 degree range, I'll turn off my climate control system, set the controls to the lowest temp and open the vents. After I turn on the car for the first 10 minutes, I get heat through the vents. Maybe this normal and I never noticed it before. I cleaned out the 2 temperature sensors under the grab handles. Would either the other internal vent or external temperature sensors need to be cleaned or replaced? If anyone has any suggestions, I greatly appreciate it.
