Oil in turbo S70 1999

I have a blown head gasket and am replacing the motor. In the process of disassembly, I found something else.

There looks like a slight oil drip under the inlet side of the turbo housing. Also, there is oil in the intake tract between the turbo and the intercooler.

Diagnosis? Advice?

I'm new to this board, and you have all been a big help so far.
