Turbo oil return green gasket have 2 holes on the side ?? 850

Dealer give me a green gasket and O-ring ... green gasket have 2 holes and big hole in Center...

Do not look righ because there is no bolt for the green gasket to bold on to why do it have 2 holes one on each side.. the center hole fit the Oring green color too.. any one remenber what the green gasket look like >??
