Cam sensor replacement 850 1994

I am replacing the camshaft position sensor because i keep getting a 314 in socket A2. It will not start with that code turned on. My questions:

What are the torque specifications for the 2 screws holding it in place?

Also, is there a gasket or seal that I need to get with it?

There is the camshaft seal behind the Cam sensor if I am not mistaken. Does it need to be replaced if I am replacing the Cam sensor?
