Turn Signal problem S70

I have 1999 S-70 with 70K miles. The turn signals (left & right) do not work if the car has been parked outside during summer time. Every morning when I take it out of my garage there are no probelms. Left & Right signals work. But when I leave work the turnn signals don't work (niether left or right right, but the hazard lights work)


Any suggestions????? PLease help.
