What sparkplugs do you folks recommend on my 1998 non-turbo V70?

Also, what vendor(s) do you folks recommend for timing belt, tensioners, pulley, waterpump, seals, and serpentine belts? Volvoworld from Canada seems reasonably priced. Has anyone dealt with them before? What is return policy for unused parts? I found an import repair shop that will let me supply the parts in an effort to save $.

Lastly, where do I find the engine number? I see the timing belt and parts are different when the engine number is greater than 131034.
