AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR BYPASS SWITCH - 94 850

My AC compressor on my 1994 850 won't cut in. I have checked for leaks and system pressure and found them to be OK. The fuse is also OK. The next check is the compressor itself.

Can someone tell me how to bypass the AC compressor switch. There are 4 pronged terminals and 4 colored wires going to the switch. I am unsure which wires to cross to get the compressor to cut in.
