70K Maintenance V70-XC70 1998

Just got word from our mechanic that our 98 V70 Cross Country needs the following at the 70k maintenance:
Timing belt
Idler
Tensioner
Water Pump
Serpentine belt
For a total cost of $800.
Given that this is our first Volvo (bought this one with 55k miles on it last fall), does this sound fair/reasonable to those of you with maintenance knowledge?
