Piercing Buzz when Starting and Stopping S80

My 1999 S80 makes a high pitched, ear piercing sound (like when a truck backs up) whenever I start after a full stop ie stop signs and lights. It only happens when the radio is on. Any ideas what the cause is and the best way to correct it? Thanks,
