Does anyone have any experience with these types of rotors?
Specifically I would like to know:

1. Does it make any difference in day to day driving? Shorter braking distance for routine driving? I suppose they're good for racing conditions since they dissipate heat more efficiently but for routine driving do they make a difference?
2. Are they noisier?
3. Do they last as long as regular rotors?
4. Do they require special calipers/pads?
