lock slip fault 850 1995

it's a 850 95 GLE with 101K on it
i've been getting the A1:3-2-3 (lock slip...) for about 2 month now it used to happen every 2 weeks at 80Km/h highway driving but now i got it in a 2day interval and at city driving at about 40km/h , well what the hek is this lock? what does it do and what would be needed to fix it?
